You have the right to get your car repaired at any licensed Body Shop even if it is not on your Insurance Company’s list of Direct Repair Program shops.
In order to be on their Direct Repair Program, Body Shops are forced to accept conditions which we will not accept
They will force the Body Shop to accept lower compensation rates for their work
To make up for this, Body Shops often cut corners to save money including
Using junk parts and re-conditioning them

Here at Mayer’s Auto Body, we do quality work and we accept your insurance and your insurance company does not have the right to tell you where to fix your car
If you bring your car to here, they must pay
If they tell you otherwise, get the name, phone number, extension number, employee number of the representative to told you this and contact us and we will report them to the state Insurance Commissioner
